This page shows users Ticket IDs that were unable to be created in the system from the file upload and the reason they failed to create.
Click on Receive to open the sub-module list. Choose Exceptions.
Filter the results by typing in any of the boxes under Ticket ID, Origin Location, Container ID, Seal No 1, Seal No 2, Seal No 3, Seal No 4, Serial Number, MPN, Reason, or Type.
Click on the button to sort the based on that category.
The Reason explains why this line is in the Exceptions page. The Type describes how the information entered the system.
