The User second level page controls user accounts in the system.
Click on Administration to open the sub-module list. Click User Management to open the second level page list. Choose User.
On the User List page, click to sort User Name, Firstname, Lastname, Email, Profile, or Status.
Type in the space below any of the above header categories to filter them.
Click Export to Excel to download the user list.
Click + Create New User to add a new user to the system.
Enter a User Name, First Name, Last name, Email, and Password. Choose a Status from the drop-down.
Optionally, enter a Middle Name, and choose a Profile, Language, and Facility from the drop-downs.
Click Save.
Click on the
Update any of the fields for this user (User Name, First Name, Middle Name, Last Name, Email, Password, Status, Profile, Language, or Facility), and click Save.
